Every figure on this page is checked against the values rekkal enforces in code. If the product changes, this table fails a test until it is updated — a price or an allowance here cannot quietly disagree with what you are charged or what runs.

What each row means

The questions rekkal asks, every day, on all three engines. This is the main lever on your sample size: prompts × engines × days is your n, and it is the only figure the two plans differ by.Setup generates 40 prompts and pre-selects them across the five topics, so you start with coverage rather than depth in one corner.
Both plans cover all three. Each engine is queried through its provider’s own API with grounding or web search enabled — see Methodology.Every engine costs money per query and rekkal pays for it, which is why the prompt count is a real limit rather than fair-use wording.
The brands you are compared against. They constrain the whole product: share of voice is denominated on this set, and the sources view labels a cited domain a competitor’s site only if it belongs to one of them.Genuinely unlimited on both plans, not a large number.
Included on both plans. The ranking is built from the same runs as everything else — same window, same engines — and every row carries the sample it rests on. A rank the sample cannot establish says so rather than printing a number.
Your prompts × 3 engines × 31, because a calendar month holds at most 31 daily slots. It is the ceiling rekkal enforces on paid engine calls, and it is the same unit every figure on your dashboard is divided by. February simply uses fewer of them.
Daily, on both plans. Every prompt is asked once per engine per day, and a retry inside that day reuses the same slot rather than spending a second answer.Measuring daily does not lower the bar for calling a change: a day is a sample like any other, every figure still carries its confidence interval, and a delta the sample does not support is still reported as no measurable change. What daily buys is a shorter wait before a real movement clears that bar. See Reading a change.
Seven days of the plan you picked, with everything switched on. A card is required to start it, and on day 8 that card is charged the plan’s monthly price automatically.Cancelling before then takes one click in Dashboard → Settings and charges nothing — no email, no phone call, no retention flow. There is no free plan; the one thing that is free is the audit, which needs no account, no card and no email.

Setup rate limit

Brand setup reads your homepage and calls a model, which rekkal pays for before anything is metered. It is limited to 5 brand setups per hour and 20 per day per account. You will only meet this if you are re-running setup repeatedly. The refusal says exactly when you can try again.

What is not a plan limit

  • Answers are never dropped to save quota. A run that reaches its engine is recorded; a call that never reached the provider is normally refunded to your allowance rather than counted. Two exceptions: a failed call belonging to a month already billed keeps its charge in that month, and an answer the engine produced but rekkal could not store stays counted because the query was paid for.
  • Prompts over your allowance are skipped, not deleted. If you move from Pro to Starter, the excess prompts stop running and keep existing.
  • A trial is not a reduced plan. It is the plan you chose, in full, for seven days.

Changing plan

Your trial starts at Stripe Checkout; upgrade, downgrade and cancellation run through the Stripe billing portal and the one-click cancel control, from Dashboard → Settings. Your plan is resolved from your subscription on every write, so a change applies to the next run rather than to a cached copy of your entitlements. Cancelling stops measurement at the end of the period you have paid for. The answers already collected stay readable.
rekkal is pre-launch and Stripe is in test mode. Do not enter real card details.
